• To create and manage your account and orders.
• To deliver purchased artwork and communicate about order status.
• To pay artists their earnings from sales.
• To respond to inquiries and support requests.
• To detect fraud, moderate listings, and keep the marketplace trustworthy.

Who we share it with

We share only what is necessary for a transaction to complete: the seller of an artwork you inquire about or purchase, our payment and delivery partners, and email/infrastructure providers who process data on our behalf under contract. We do not sell your personal data.

Data retention

We retain account and order data for as long as your account is active and as needed to meet legal, tax, and dispute-resolution obligations.

Your choices

• You can review and update your profile information from your dashboard at any time.
